Why we do this
“
We want residents to have easier access to a public conversation about the city, to reliable information, and to clear paths for action.
Poznań Jutra works in public and works in practice: we collect ideas, run meetings, marshal arguments, and help take topics from diagnosis to a decision or a project.
Statutory goals
- The Association acts to integrate, develop, and strengthen the local-government community of the City of Poznań and its metropolitan area, supports the development of the Wielkopolska region, actively defends the rule of law, and stands guard over the legality and transparency of public-administration activities.
- The Association pursues its mission in the spirit of Poznań's tradition of organic work, civic responsibility, prudent management, social dialogue, intergenerational solidarity, and respect for democratic values and the rule of law.
- The Association works for the common good of residents and for the development of local self-governance and civic engagement.
Founder of the association
Mariusz Wiśniewski
Founder of Stowarzyszenie Poznań Jutra and a local-government practitioner deeply involved in city affairs. He has invited people who want to talk about Poznań's development across the usual divisions.
The association is meant to be a place to work on solutions: open to residents, experts, civic organisations, universities, and local partners.
The Board of the Association
The Board works as a team. Each member is responsible for a specific area of the Association's work — from programme and finance to communications, social affairs, and operational coordination.
Biographical notes for Board and Audit Committee members are currently available in Polish only.
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee oversees the Board's work in accordance with the Association's statute. It operates independently and reports to the General Meeting of Members.

We organise meetings where residents can raise needs, ask questions, and test ideas with others.
Evidence-based recommendations
We collect data, opinions, and examples from other cities, then translate them into concrete proposals for Poznań.
